Good old Days is a collaboration between two Helsinki painters and it has been going strong since 2012. Speek works in the printing industry and describes himself as lifestyle-painter who has left a permanent, colorful imprint in the capital area’s street scene. Speek’s works include elements from comics, outer space and graphic minimalism. Keelo, a cinematographer and a photographer, is a multi-skilled visual artist who considers painting as a vital part of his life. He focuses on experimental characters in his paintings. Speek and Keelo’s styles go together seamlessly, and the duo’s finished pieces are positively weird, yet always in balance.
