Noodls (Johanna Dahlberg) is an artist based in Gothenburg, Sweden, working primarily with painting while also incorporating textiles, sewing, and embroidery into her artistic practice. She is interested in color, form, and the relationship between them, creating works that move between abstraction and representation.

 

Geometric shapes, patterns, labyrinths, entrances, exits, and transitional spaces frequently appear throughout her work. Drawing inspiration from everyday life, music, architecture, mistakes, and chance, Dahlberg’s compositions oscillate between irregularity, flat abstraction, and illusionistic geometry.
